How does adult unisex sizing run?
All of our shirts are unisex unless stated otherwise. They run true to size for unisex t-shirt sizing. Sometimes referred to a boyfriend fit.
How do children's sizing run?
All of our children's tees are true to size. They are all crew neck, no v-neck is available.
What are your care instructions?
To get the longest use out of your tees we recommend turning inside out, wash in cold water. It is recommended that you hand to dry but you may tumble dry on the lowest setting. Some tees may shrink a little if dried on high heat. This is not recommended. Do not use bleach or iron directly on the design.
What is your turnaround time?
We take great pride in our products and making sure each item is at its highest quality. Every item is made to order after your order is placed. (Some items may be ready to ship and it will be stated under description if that is the case.) The custom nature of our products take time to create, Orders are processed in 1-3 weeks. We are happy to rush an order but this needs to be left in the comments and we will make sure it happens. Once your order has been processed, a shipping label will be created and USPS tracking details will be emailed. This does not mean your item has been shipped. Once it has been mailed it will update the tracking info. Please give a few days for this. Thank you for supporting our shop!
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted if product has not been worn or washed and within 10 days. Plese send an email to [email protected] and include what you ordered, reason for exchange and what you you like it exchanged for.
There are no returns or exchanges on items purchased at boutiques or stores that carry or products. Since you are able to examine product and fit in person before purchase.
We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it for store credit in original condition within 10 days of your order.
Do you offer custom designs and bulk orders?
Yes! We love making custom tees for family reunions, girls camp, family vacations, birthdays and holidays. Bulk pricing is available please email [email protected] for more details. Design help is available!
